Michael and Diana Monti serve as the Associate Pastors at Living Faith Christian Church.  They have been serving in the Pastoral ministry since 1991.  Pastors Mike and Diana have worked extensively in Children's, Youth, Singles, Men's and Women's Ministries.

Pastor Mike graduated from Naugatuck Valley Community College with an associates degree in marketing. He then continued his education at Zion Bible College in Barrington, RI  where his major was Biblical Studies.  Further, Pastor Mike attended Central Bible College in Springfield, MO with a focus in Pastoral Studies.  In conjunction with his role on the Pastoral Staff, Pastor Mike has been involved with many mission trips which have taken him into foreign countries. Pastor Mike believes his purpose is to not only serve as a Pastor but also spread the Gospel around the world.

Pastor Mike's wife, Diana, attended North Western College to earn an AA in Deaf Studies.  Diana is very involved with the Arts Ministry at Living Faith Christian Church.  She works extensively with the Worship Team to help express praise through the gift of signing. 

Pastor Mike and Diana were born and raised in Waterbury, CT.  Because of these roots, they have a heart for Waterbury and the surrounding towns.  Pastor Mike and Diana have been married since 1989.  They have two teenagers - Brandon and Breyanna.  Their entire family is commited to serving God. 

 

Ollie and Cyndi Gray serve as Youth and Associate Pastors at Living Faith.  For the past 14 years they have passionately declared the truth of the Gospel without compromise as they have challenged teenagers to be the priceless originals God created them to be, by taking a stand for Jesus Christ in their schools, communities and throughout the world.  They have provided biblical counsel to adults and youth. Pastor Ollie has taken mission trips to the Ukraine, Canada, Bulgaria, Holland, and Ireland.

Pastor Ollie Gray III grew up in Poughkeepsie, New York with his Parents Deacon Ollie Gray Jr. and Lucy Gray, 3 sisters Debbie, Jackie, Brenda and a brother Landon.  At age 16 he began occasional drug use. By age 21, he was addicted to drugs.  Deliverance from drugs came during prayer at the altar at Beulah Baptist Church in December of 1986.  He moved to Waterbury Connecticut in March of 1987 where he met his wife Cyndi.  On June 11, 1988 they were married.  On December 12, 1993 he attended a Church service at Living Faith Christian Church with his 2 sons Ollie age 3 and Malik age 2 at that time on that day he had a life changing encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ.  A few days later while driving to New York worshiping the Lord listening to Mississippi Mass Choir he was glorious filled with the Holy Spirit.  God has taken him on adventure every since that day.

Pastor Ollie Gray III worked 20 years for the State of Connecticut as a rehabilitation therapist, before retiring from State service on July 1, 2006.  Pastor Ollie has Bachelors of Science degree from Charter Oak State College and an Associates degree in counseling from Tunxis Community College.  He is Ordained through Christ for The Nations in Dallas, Texas.  Pastor Ollie and Cyndi reside in Waterbury, Connecticut with three of their children, Ollie IV, 18, Malik, 17, and Mya,10.  Their oldest daughter, Shamika, 28, and granddaughter, Amaris, 4, reside in New York.

Cyndi Gray was born in Hartford Connecticut.  Her testimony of how God kept her through tough times in foster care as a child and many difficulties as a teenager is tremendous to the glory of God.  She has worked in human services for the State of Connecticut and the city of Waterbury.  She has also worked as a teacher’s assistant at Christ for the Nations Academy in Dallas Texas and Trinity Academy in Waterbury Connecticut.  She has positively impacted the lives of many teenage girls.  Cyndi has spoken at several churches and held retreats for teenage girls and ladies.
