What We Believe

The Scriptures.
The Bible is the inspired infallible Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16)

The Godhead.
Our God is one but manifested in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:26)

Man, His Fall and Redemption.
Though we are created in the image of God, through Adam’s fall sin entered the world. Therefore, all are in need of God’s salvation. (Romans 6:23)

Eternal Life and New Birth.
Godly sorrow with repentance brings one to salvation and produces new life. (John 3:3)

Water Baptism
Water Baptism is a direct command of our Lord and is done by immersion. (Matthew 28:19)

Baptism in the Holy Spirit
This is a gift from God, as promised by the Lord Jesus. This is accompanied by the evidence of speaking in other as the spirit gives utterance.

Sanctification is a definite, progressive work of grace in the believer’s life.

Divine Healing is wrought by the power of God through the prayer of faith. It is provided in the atonement of Christ and is available for all believers. ( 1 Peter 2:24)

Resurrection of the Just/Second Coming of Christ
Both are taught in the Word of God. (1 Thessalonians)

Hell/Eternal Retribution
The one who dies in his sins without Christ is eternally lost. (John 14:6)

Communion – The Lord’s Supper
We partake of the Lord ’s Supper to show the Lord’s death until he comes. This symbolizes the broken body and shed blood of our lord Jesus, which provides forgiveness and relationship with God.
